In Primary 1 this week we have been using coins to make a range of amounts. We have lots of fun using money in the home corner and using digital technology to practise our skills.

We were building a café using the building blocks and we used the pizza to sell food.

We also learned what day we were born on and used data handling skills to collect information to share.

 

Great Green: “What went well…”

-In Maths, we can identify a range of coins and use these to make simple amounts.

-We have been using dictation again to practise our writing skills. We can use capital letters, finger spaces and full stops.

 

Think Pink: “Even better if…”

-Next week, we will continue to practise our money.

-We want to learn about different countries and flags in the lead up to the World Cup.
