Let’s finish off the week by exercising with Joe.
Don’t forget to have a rest and a drink before you begin Literacy.
Today we will begin our Literacy tasks by practising our handwriting.
- Complete Unit 58, (page 149), in your Handwriting Booklet in your pack and trace and write the numbers 1 – 5 and the words one – five
- Remember to start at the dots and follow the arrows on the page to help you
Next we will continue with Sight/Tricky Words:
See how many of these words you can read before
- Your Tricky/Sight words for today have been set on Study Ladder
- Set 3 – 8th May – if, am, on, up, an
- Complete the 3 activities and don’t forget the tutorial before the practice activities
- Now write a simple sentence for each of the words in your jotter
- e.g I can have an ice cream if I eat my lunch.
- Remember to include capital letters and full stops and write neatly
- Underline or highlight the Tricky word in each of your sentences
