P1 and A1 Friday 12th June – Health and Well Being

Today we are going to learn about RESILIANCE – it’s a big word which just means being able to” bounce back” from things that sometimes go wrong

Watch and listen to the clip below

Think about the things which will help you become resilient:

  • get plenty of sleep
  • talk and connect with other people
  • learn new things
  • express how you are feeling
  • take time to rest and relax

Do you try to do all of these things?

How could you do some of them better?

Watch and listen to the Trolls singing about getting back up again.

  • Now think and talk to a family member about a time when you were able to “get back up again” and not give up. I am sure you can think of lots of examples when you tried really hard to do something. That shows RESILIANCE!!
