By adopting a relational approach, our service aims to reduce the attainment gap between the most and least disadvantaged children. We provide equality of opportunity and overcome potential barriers through flexible partnership work and bespoke offer of experiences and learning. Our small group learning environments are matched to the assessed needs of pupils. We build upon strengths whilst working together to assessed unmet needs.
