We recently reviewed our policy on end of day/collection arrangements for children. We have created a staff and parent protocol to outline procedures for when a child is not collected or if pick-up arrangements change at short notice. Attached is the parent protocol, which summarises the steps we will take if a child is not collected from school and how parents/carers can support to make sure children are safely dismissed at the end of the school day.
