Hello Everyone, here is a video of Amy reading I Forgot To Say I Love You by the author Mirium Moss. The story book is about Mum and Billy who are very, very late. Billy says it is all Rabbit’s fault – Rabbit wouldn’t eat his breakfast and now they will have to run the rest of the way to the nursery. Then, in the hurry of saying goodbye, Mum forgets to tell Billy something very important.
Suggested Activity …
- Have a conversation with your child about who you love and why. This will encourage your child to develop their understanding of positive relationships.
- Spend today doing fun activities that you and your child love for example going a walk to the park, reading stories together or making creative pictures!
Next Steps …
- Encourage your child to share with you who they love and why, this will further develop their ability to express their feelings and emotions.
- Create a list of things you and your child love doing and work your way through the activities, create a keep safe book to reflect back on your journey, this will support your child to reflect upon previous life experiences.
