St. Mark’s Primary School Travel Plan 2025
Travel Plan 2025 – St Mark’s RG final
We have recently updated our Saint Mark’s Primary School Travel Plan, a comprehensive strategy developed with input from staff, parents, and pupils to reduce car reliance and promote sustainable transport methods. The plan details the school’s current travel arrangements, identifies challenges like congestion and safety concerns, and sets out clear objectives such as decreasing car trips and fostering healthy lifestyles. It highlights existing safety procedures at both school entrances and presents evidence from various consultations, including surveys, to inform new initiatives. The document concludes by outlining key strategies like “Walk to School Weeks” and “Park and Stride” schemes, alongside a detailed monitoring and review plan to assess the effectiveness of these efforts over three terms.
