In Lesmahagow High School we make use of a number of a digital tools to support learning and teaching. Google Classroom is an online learning platform where pupils can access additional resources and materials connected to their learning, complete homework or assignments, and even communicate with their teacher or classmates.
All pupils at Lesmahagow High School will have an online Google Classroom for each of their different subjects. It can be easily accessed both at home and in school, using a laptop, computer or any mobile device.
To find out more about how pupils use Google Classroom, view our Parents and Families Guide to Google Classroom below.
Working alongside Google Classroom for pupils, we also offer Guardian Email summaries for parents and carers, where you can opt-in to receive weekly email updates about your child’s learning. Guardian Email keeps families informed about what their young people have been learning about in their different classes across the school, as well as detailing any homework that is due for completion (or has been missed) and key assessment dates and deadlines.
