Hi everyone,

Just to let you know that there is another great article in this week’s Rutherglen Reformer, this time about the school show, ‘The Spirit of Christmas.’  It’s on p18.

After weeks of whole cast auditions, large group auditions, small group auditions, paired auditions and individual auditions, lots of singing and acting, vast amounts of deliberation and debate, finally the cast of Oliver! 2012 know what parts they are going to play.

Unfortunately it is impossible for everyone to get the part that they want, otherwise we would have 10 Olivers, 16 Nancys, 14 Dodgers, a handful of Bill Sikes and numerous Fagins.  However, everyone did so well during the audition process and each and every person has a part to play, so working together the drama club will put on a fantastic show.
