Follow @hallsideprimary on twitter for updates
Since our refresh of software and computers, the staff have been unable to reliably access their blogs and post on them. However, we now think that we have resolved this issue (if you can read this message then this has been successful!).
We have also been trialling the use of our twitter account to offer parents and carers a more instant window into the day at Hallside and we have had some excellent feedback. This was especially good during our recent Halloween celebrations where we were able to instantly post information and pictures of what was going on.
To receive this updates, information and pictures simply follow @hallsideprimary on twitter either on your smartphone or on your PC.
The P1s First Family Lunch
This year we tried out something new. Before the P1s started their full days, we had a P1 First Family Lunch, where the p1 pupils could come along and try out the lunch hall, bringing along a relative to help them along and it let their families see how the school canteen works and what foods were on offer.
It was a huge success. Here are some pictures of our happy families and our hard working dinner ladies!
Welcome Back
Welcome back to the new seesion at Hallside Primary.
A special welcome to all of our new P1s and good luck to any of our former P7s checking the blog.
A busy, exciting and fruitful year awaits.
