For those parents / carers who did not require individual/sibling photos, but would like to order a class or school photo, please use the proof shots below to make your choice. An order form has been sent home with your oldest child.
Please note that orders and cash payment should be received at the school office by TUESDAY 11TH JUNE 2024.
With the wintry current weather conditions set to continue, schools and early learning settings across Shetland will be CLOSED tomorrow – Tuesday 13th December 2022.
Freezing conditions are expected again overnight with further wintry snow showers in the morning. With uncertainty over the impact that the adverse weather may have on school travel and power supplies, a decision has been made to close all schools and early years settings across the isles – except Fair Isle Primary School, which will remain open.
There has been a delay in the courier sending Mrs Mullay the Christmas card artwork, which has resulted in it not being sent home yet – as soon as it is received, this will be sent home. In recognition of this delay, the ordering deadline has been extended to Tuesday 8th November 2022.
I’m excited to tell you our Christmas card project has arrived! From today onwards, could you please check your child(ren) school bag where you will find their Christmas card design and a flyer.
The online shop is time sensitive and I would urge you to place an order as soon as possible. I am currently trying to negotiate an extension on the deadline which is Thursday 3rd November. I will update you as soon as I hear if I’ve been successful.
Ordering Christmas cards online is a very easy process all the details are given in the flyer. Every purchase gives the school Commission forward the school fund. We had a lot of fun creating these cards and each class learned a new technique whilst creating them. I hope you have as much fun looking at your child’s design as I did working with them.
