Hello all,
Happy New Year to you all.
I will add some activities for you to do today at home.
Looking forward to seeing you all soon,
Mrs Tait
Primary 2/3 have been working on their ‘sh’, ‘ch’ and ‘ng’ sounds. We have been using a variety of reading tasks, songs, stories and activities to help us recognise these.

Jolly Phonics Story – Letter SH from Group 6

Jolly Phonics Story – Letter CH from Group 6

Primary 2/3 have been doing a fantastic job working on their numbers to 100! We have been using a variety of games, tasks and resources to order numbers to 100 correctly. We have been filling in missing gaps and developing our understanding of ‘before’, ‘after’ and ‘in between’. We have also been identifying patterns within our 100 square and have been learning to count forwards and backwards in 10s – using this skill to help us count.

Paint the Squares – Interactive Number Charts

Helicopter Rescue – Mental Maths for 4 to 8 Year Olds
