Baking our annual chocolate beetroot cake. This has become a school tradition, each year the children want to make a chocolate cake with veg they have grown in our school polycrub. The past few years we have made chocolate beetroot cake and chocolate courgette cake, both are delicious! This year we grew rainbow beetroot for the first time.
