Primary 5-7 had a great time on their school trip to Aberdeen and Edinburgh. Thank-you to everyone who supported our school fundraisers and made the trip possible.

Day 1 – Northlink ferry from Lerwick – Aberdeen.

Day 2 – Train to Edinburgh, Camera Obscura, St Andrew Square, Scott Monument, National Museum of Scotland and Greyfriars Bobby.

Day 3 – Tour of the Scottish Parliament, meeting our local MSP Hannah Mary Goodlad, Dynamic Earth, visiting Moray House School of Education and Sport (where Mrs Johnson went to uni) and watching the Sheep Detectives at the cinema.

Day 4 – Edinburgh Castle, National Galleries of Scotland, the Royal Mile and the arcade.

Day 5 – Edinburgh zoo and shopping.

Day 6 – train to Aberdeen, bowling, laser tag, crazy golf and dodgems at Codonas then the ferry back to Shetland.

We all had a great time.
