Welcome to Week 6

Hopefully, P1-3, this will be the last week of Home Learning. I am looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday 23rd February if the First Minister confirms your return to school.
This is a short week for you as there is an In-service Day for staff on Thursday and then Friday is a holiday. Monday 22nd February is also a holiday.

As Thursday is an In-service day Mrs Holden has put the Literacy and Numeracy work up for you today. Topic this week is all about the Roman gods.

Music

Dr Justice will put your music activity on teams as usual, but I am also putting a link to it here. It’s a fun dance one this week that the whole family can get involved in!

Welcome to Week 5

Hello Primary 1-4. Here we are at the start of another week. I have put up your literacy and numeracy for today, as well as your Topic work for the week.

Music

Just a little reminder that your music tasks are all on teams. Log into GLOW and visit the P1-4 Team to view the activities. They have been posted on the main chat.

Welcome to Week 4

Well here we are in February already. I hope you have all been out enjoying the snow. Thank you once again for those of you who have sent pictures of work and also those who returned work to school last week. I can see that you have all been working very hard.

Well done and keep it up. I know it isn’t always easy to concentrate on schoolwork when you are at home but you are doing a super job.

I have posted the Literacy and Numeracy for today and also the Topic work for theĀ  week.

Also, why not have a go at the Active Schools – Active Every Day Challenge for February. Details are on the school website.

Welcome to Week 2

Well done to everyone for working hard last week and thank you to those who have sent me photos of your efforts. Literacy and Numeracy tasks for today have been put on the blog.

The E-Sgoil Digital Learning Site has some super activities. Just click on the link below. Once at the site if you scroll down there is a link to the Primary 2-4 Learning Space where you can access a number of activities. Although aimed at First Level(Primary 2-4), I am sure some of the activities will be suitableĀ  for Primary 1.

Keeping in Touch

Well here we are at the end of our first week of Home learning in 2021. I hope you have all enjoyed this week’s tasks.

It would be lovely to hear from you and see some of the work you have been doing. The P1-4 Microsoft Team is up and running and you can come onto there to chat with me and your classmates and you can also upload pictures of your work. Just log onto Glow to access the Team just like we did in the last Lockdown. We have already seen some super poems and pictures from some of you.

Or you can take a photo of your work and email it to me. I look forward to hearing from you.
