We celebrated Harvest today with a special assembly.  Lots of produce was donated and 25 parcels will be delivered around the community tonight.  The hall looked great!
Each class did a short performance on the Harvest theme.
p12 sang about the Big Red Combine Harvester.  They were very clear and did the actions too!  P34 had created a PowerPoint about where foods come from and each pupil told us some facts about world foods.  They showed off their skills in ICT and spoke very well.  P56 shared their learning about Shanarri and had lovely flowers with a petal for each of the letters.  Safe, Healthy, Active, Nurtured, Achieving, Responsible, Respected and Included.  They delivered their message very effectively.  We had the story of crisps from Mrs Robertson and Mr Naquin told us a story with a theme of caring and sharing.  We performed the Harvest so g and finally P67 told us about life cycles through their own scripted puppet shows.  They showed creativity and imagination.
Thanks for all the kind donations.
