So much fun!

The bairns have been growing and selling plants this year which has left them with a profit of £3.70 each! In order to give back to the community, we took a trip to the fantastic Nesting Scrapstore to buy some goodies. Thank you to the staff for having us!

Following 4 weeks of learning about democracy and politics in Scotland, our P4-7 pupils created their own political parties, manifestos and persuasive speeches. Today was election day and the parties were put through their paces with tough questions from the audience. What a fantastic effort from all of the learners for their enthusiasm and knowledge!

We had a super afternoon with families who came to join us for the pupil council- led games afternoon. The pupil council did a great job introducing the games and ensuring everyone was included. Lots of fun was had. Thank you to everyone who came, we look forward to the next pupil council event!

We took advantage of the beautiful day and set off to walk a mile through Nesting. This was a lovely chance to walk and talk together, whilst getting fresh air and sunshine!

We were very grateful to Ramona, Niamh’s mum, for coming in to show and tell all about her recent successes at the open water world championships. The children loved getting a hold of the medals, too! Thanks Ramona, and well done on the awesome achievements!
