We started off the day as usual with handwriting. Then we did spellings; Hermione and Nicola really enjoyed it. Then we did our mental maths questions for the day and everyone got pretty good scores. Next we did maths the Randomly Royals did division in maths, they didn’t really like it. The Peerie Apples did addition, they thought it was ok. The eco hippie hippos did coordinates, they thought it was ok. Then the golden E’s did problem solving and they thought it was kind of hard.
In the afternoon we got in pairs and started designing the layout of our cities, on A3 paper, and we made a key for it too. Everyone enjoyed doing the city layout. Then it was the end of the day

P1-3 started off with handwriting, they all enjoyed it. After break they finished off their stories about The Selkie Wife, they had to write it on a sea animal, they all thought it was very hard. After dinner they did some research on an animal on a croft. They should have been going to the Cheese Factory, but it was cancelled.
