On Wednesday we were learning about Joan Eardley. She painted sad pictures and usually had graffiti in the back ground. The main focus on her paintings were people. She was born on the 8th May 1921. She died on 16th of August 1963, her ashes are scattered on the beach at Catterline. We had a go at painting our own versions.
