Our Youth Pipe Band gives our young pipers and drummers and opportunity to develop and extend their music making skills, in a supportive and nurturing environment, playing together in a pipe band.

Where? Queen Margaret Academy, Ayr
When? every Wednesday, 4-5pm
Rehearsals dates? 6th September to 19th November 2023 and 10th January to 14th February 2024

In March 2020, the South Ayrshire Schools’ Pipe Band partnered with the Girvan Youth Pipe Band to take part in the annual Scottish Schools Pipe Band Championships. The combined band were awarded first place in the Debut Pipe Band category.
