Our structured orchestra programme ensure young people can develop and extend their music making skills in a supportive and nurturing environment. Your child’s instructor / tutor will recommend which orchestra is most suited to support your child’s musical progression.

• Junior String Orchestra (Grade 0-3)
• Intermediate String Orchestra (Grade 3-5)
• Senior String Orchestra (Grade 5 and above)

All orchestras rehearse on a Thursday, 5.30-7pm in Queen Margaret Academy, Ayr

A senior Symphony Orchestra will take place in the summer term, 2027. Places are filled by invitation.
