School Uniform

A big thank you to all parents for taking the time to ensure the children wear school uniform. All pupils look so smart and are a real credit to the school, themselves and of course, their parents. I have also reinforced with our older pupils to ensure that appropriate clothing is worn at all times.

To ensure that we have positive role models for our younger pupils, we would ask that skirt lengths are appropriate. If there is occasion that your child comes to school without their uniform then we keep a supply and would ensure that your child is offered the chance to change so that they don’t feel self-conscious.

I would ask that ALL parents ensure their child’s name is on ALL articles of clothing – sweatshirts, jackets, blazers etc. We will hold all unclaimed items of uniform till the October Parent’s Night, and then if items remain unclaimed, we will send them off to one of the charity shops in the town.  Please check your child has all their belongings.

Primary 7 pupils look fantastic this session and are committed to being very good role models to our younger pupils. Their hooded jackets and black polo shirts (for P7 only) are very smart.  We are also encouraging pupils to wear black school shoes and to bring football shoes to change in to.  Your support here would be very much appreciated.
