Education Scotland Inspection
HM Inspectors from Education Scotland will be visiting Maidens Primary School and Early Years Centre to conduct an inspection during the week commencing Monday 14th May 2018. You can find out more about inspection, from the Inspection and review documentation pages of Education Scotland’s website.
Letters have been sent home which provide more information and include a link to stakeholder surveys which you are encouraged to complete by Wednesday 2nd May as the survey closes on Thursday 3rd May.

Maidens Primary School Choir were invited to perform at the Save the Children Afternoon Tea at Trump Turnberry. A selection of traditional and modern Christmas songs were performed in front of a very appreciative audience and a great time was had by all!
As part of Road Safety Week 2017, the Junior Road Safety Team today held a ‘Be Bright, Be Seen’ day. All pupils were encouraged to come to school in bright clothes, raising awareness of the need to be seen by cars in the dark.
All pupils received a reflective key ring to help them be seen in the dark.
