Mental Health Awareness

Hello Everyone,

I hope you are all well and have enjoyed time outside in the sunshine this Easter. It is a challenging time for everyone and for some it can make them very anxious. It is very important that you take time to relax and look after yourself. I am going to collate some information and activities which will help deal with worries and anxious feelings and I will post them below. We miss you all and can’t wait to see you again. Take care and keep safe.

Mrs Logan.
