Info – Starting Week Beginning 17th May

Monday (17th) 

  • Primary 1 to Primary 3 Athletics – (6pm /7pm) @ Hamilton Park (Girvan)
  • Primary 4 to Primary 7 Athletics – (6pm /7pm) @ Hamilton Park (Girvan)
  • Pre School (Nursery) Athletics – (6pm – 6.30pm) @ Hamilton Park (Girvan)

 

Wednesday (19th)

Primary 1 to Primary 7 Dance (4.30pm – 5) @ Girvan Academy (Basketball Court out the back)

 

Street Games BARR (Starting Wednesday 19th)

  • Street Games (Open to All) – (4.30pm/5.30pm) @ Barr Village Park

 

Street Games Barrhill (Starting Friday 21st )

  • Street Games Barrhill (P1-P7) – 3pm – 4pm @ the MUGA.

Let’s Shift

Let’s Shift!!!!

Our school is taking part in the Let’s Shift Project this spring!!

We are encouraging our staff, pupils and families to SHIFT a little more with the aim of improving our physical and mental wellbeing.

The Active Schools Health and Wellbeing Team have designed a programme which will include fun activities that will take place in school next term, along with a family step challenge during the Easter holiday.

Please follow Active Schools on social media for more information on the step challenge.  Important information will be shared on Thursday 1st April.

Families will be challenged to walk the length of South Ayrshire (45 miles) during the holiday.  Everyone in the family can join in and you can add your steps together.  We look forward to seeing many families taking part and if you do you will be in with a chance of winning a prize!!
