We have been learning about the changes in the season on our walks. We collected lots of leaves, branches and chestnuts to use in the nursery. We had great fun making pictures and models with dough, rolling over the leaves to make leaf patterns.  Yesterday we used our outdoor loose parts to make a conker run. We had to make it very steep so our conkers picked up enough speed to reach the end. We poured water down the tube to see if this would make our conkers move more quickly.  We have been using our autumn finds in our indoor and outdoor kitchen, cooking up a storm!
