The Nile

We have started learning about ancient Egypt. First we found out what the landscape was like and how important the River Nile was to life.

Next we learned about their rulers – the Pharaohs who were God-like kings. We made our own Tutankhamun masks.

Although we have finished our Weather topic, we decided to go out this afternoon to have a look at the snow. We took out the magnifying glasses to look at snowflakes and patterns in the snow.

Good afternoon Parents/ Carers of pupils in Primary 6! Just a reminder that RSVPs to our Burns supper on Thursday 25th January 2018 at 1:30pm should be returned by tomorrow (Wednesday 17th January).

We have been busy preparing for it and are really looking forward to seeing you there.
