Primary 1 voted to transform the writing area with an ‘Under the Sea’ theme.

Snow!
Primary 1
Although we have finished our Weather topic, we decided to go out this afternoon to have a look at the snow. We took out the magnifying glasses to look at snowflakes and patterns in the snow.
Burns Supper Invitations
Good afternoon Parents/ Carers of pupils in Primary 6! Just a reminder that RSVPs to our Burns supper on Thursday 25th January 2018 at 1:30pm should be returned by tomorrow (Wednesday 17th January).
We have been busy preparing for it and are really looking forward to seeing you there.

The boys and girls from the Nursery joined Primary 6 for a wee dance this morning!

Joined up Writing
Primary 1 have started joined up writing with our double sounds. Children are being encouraged to ‘have a go’ . In joined up writing we take the joining tail of the first letter to the starting dot of the next letter.

Reading
Primary 1 children have no reading book this week because we are doing lots of extra reading in class. Look out for something new very soon!
