Welcome to Renfrewshire’s Wider Achievement Awards page.
Check out the SCQF blog about this resource: SCQF blog on Renfrewshire’s wider achievement award blog
The purpose of this resource is to give support and guidance to establishments wishing to move forward with wider achievement awards. These awards could now become moreĀ important to support positive pathways and destinations for young people as we move into a period of economic uncertainty. They are particularly important as we consider the equity agenda.
On the page you can find information, guidance, paperwork and delivery model exemplars for the following:
- SQA Personal Development Award
- SQA Leadership Award
- SQA Mental Health and Wellbeing Award
- Awards in the Broad General Education
- Professional learning and reading
- Employability and skills progression
- Learner pathways
The following power point may support establishments to consider a clear rationale for moving forward with wider achievement.
