Absence Information
- If your child is going to be absent from nursery, please telephone 0300 300 1472. We ask that you explain the reason for his/her absence and the expected duration they will be off . If you child is not in nursery you will receive a TBC text message asking you to call with a reason they are off.
- If your child is absent for a prolonged period of time, we will contact you to find out about your child’s well being.
- If taking your child on holiday during term time, please notify a member of staff about the dates and length of your holiday.

Summer Holidays – 27th June 2025
The ELCC is now closed to term time children for the Summer holidays. We look forward to welcoming you back on Monday 18th August 2025.
Shirley’s Retirement – 26/03/25
Our Senior ELCO, Shirley Munro retired from our service after spending an incredible 47 years working in early years. We would like to thank everyone for coming to Shirley’s afternoon tea and for all her many gifts and well wishes. Shirley will be back to visit us often. Thank you Shirley for all your years of dedicated service and enjoy your well earned retirement!
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
All children between 2 and 5 are entitled to free monthly books from the Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
