RNRA increases knowledge of attachment theory and an understanding that early experiences can have a significant impact on development. RNRA helps staff to understand the key importance of nurturing relationships to children and young people’s mental health and well-being, social and emotional development and attainment. 

We are proud to share that we completed and received the Jade award certificate for our nurture programme, which is the approach we follow from Renfrewshire Council. We are now working towards gaining our Ruby accreditation award.
