Primary 6 must choose a poem written in Scots dialect or Robert Burns.
Primary 7 must choose a poem by Robert Burns to practice and recite for our Annual Burns Competition on Monday 23rd of January.

Please let your teacher aware of your choice by Friday the 13th of January. There will be a class winner and an overall winner will be chosen and awarded the Burns Cup.
We are looking for:
- Good, clear dictation
- Sensible pace
- Accurate facial and vocal expression conveying the sentiment of the poem
- Appropriate props and gestures are welcomed
Mrs Napier will be available to offer guidance at lunches on a Thursday and Friday.
