As refugees come from countries in conflict you may be able to source support for students experiencing trauma related to these difficulties. Barnardo’s applications can be made for local support or there are links to other supports for young people on this site, with specific links for students from Ukraine and Afghanistan.

We would like to welcome all our new Ukrainian families to Perth and Kinross and hope that our Padlet of resources will be of some support to families, schools and students. It is a collection of links to things like Ukrainian online school, Ukrainian school textbooks all downloadable, translated resources, trauma support, support links to Perth Council and classroom resources like language mats and communication fans.
