Clocks go back this Sunday 2021

When do the clocks change?

The clocks go back 31 October

In the UK, the clocks will go back on Sunday 31 October 2021 from 2am and we will revert back to GMT or Greenwich Mean Time. This always takes place at the last Sunday in October each year. We ‘gain’ an hour of sleep when this happens, which means it’s not as dark when we wake up.

Attached is a document with links to NHS translated videos to support the understanding of the Covid-19 Vaccine – how it is administered, side effects and questions about the vaccine if pregnant or breast feeding.

Hopefully this will be helpful for EAL families.

Summer Support for families – Good Food P&K

Good Food Perth & Kinross are raising awareness for families who need a little extra support during the summer holidays.

The attached leaflet was created by members of the Child Poverty Action Group to provide easily accessible information on local food provision for all families.

Location and contact details of free food larders, food banks and emergency food parcels sit alongside benefits support and advice for those who might need it.
