The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) on our 111 service is now available in 7 languages: Arabic, Mandarin, Polish, Spanish, Romanian, Sorani and Ukrainian.
Our communication toolkit (attached) includes: text to use in any emails, articles or bulletins; multi-lingual WhatsApp messages, static images and an animated gif (these resources can be used on other social media channels); links to short multi-lingual animations; links to multi-lingual leaflets developed to help callers whose first language is not English access the 111 service.

BSL users can communicate with our services via Contact Scotland BSL, and people with hearing and speech difficulties can use Relay UK (Previously Next Generation Text) to call our phone-based services.
