Parent Council Updates

June 2023

We started the year organising a very successful school fete. The event was supported by parents, teachers, and the wider community. It provided an opportunity for the school community to come together, have fun and raise over £2000.

This term the annual PTC Bingo Tea was well supported and raised over £800, and our pupils had a great time at the school disco which raised over £400.

The success of the Bingo Tea has allowed us to support an exciting new project in the school, a library space with purpose-built furniture, seating and new books. Watch this space for updates.

Thanks to members of the FAS group – Fundraising Auchtergaven, parent volunteers and members of the Bankfoot community who help to organise these events and come along to support them. The funds raised are key to our PTC supporting Auchtergaven pupils in many ways across all year groups.
