The nursery aims to involve parents in the improvement of the service. We will do this by giving you the opportunity to give us your feedback. This will be taken into account when making improvements to the service we provide. If you have any comments, suggestions or complaints please speak to a staff member email or note your ideas on paper/book provided and leave in box.
All communications will be dealt with on a daily basis by nursery staff.
Should there be a need for further action nursery staff will contact parent/carer. DHT (Mrs Estebanez) will be advised.
In the event of an issue being unresolved Nursery staff will inform the DHT who will arrange a meeting with parent/carer. The Head Teacher (Mrs Verdot) will be advised at this stage and will intervene as required.
All suggestions/complaints and action taken will be recorded.
