We all want our children to be safe and happy when using school transport. In order to help this happen it is useful to be aware of the following:

Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour whilst using school transport.

All children must keep their seat belts fastened during journeys.

School staff do not supervise school transport, do not meet children off school transport when they arrive at school, and do not supervise the playground before school starts at 9:00 a.m.

All children using school transport are subject to the school’s disciplinary procedures at the discretion of school staff.

School transport may be withdrawn from a pupil who does not conform to the required standard of behaviour.
