Kilt Walk and Cake Sale
Today the whole school went on a walk around the Castle Drive in Braco to help raise funds for the Kilt Walk, which some parents and children are walking in May.
Parents also made cakes and we were treated to these at break time.
In all over £120 was raised.
Thank you to everyone who helped to raise this money.
Easter Get Together and Daffodil Tea
Please come along to our Easter Get Together in Braco Church on Friday 4th. March, 2014.
We will be wearing our Easter bonnets then performing our Get together. A Daffodil Tea will take place in the Church Hall after this. Update We had a super service! First of all the children paraded in their Easter bonnets. Two children (brother and sister) won the competition for the best Bonnets and also a P7 pupil. Each class did a song/rap performance for their parents. Readings were also done by the children telling the Easter Story. This was then followed by an Easter Tea in the Chuirch Hall. Thank you to everyone who came along. TOur Scottish Assembly
On Wednesday 22nd, we had our Scottish Assembly.
The whole school sang a range of Scottish songs including O Flower of Scotland, Auld Lang Syne and 500 Miles.
Nursery treated us to Three Craws and we also had our guitarists playing a song!
We also had the class winners of the poetry competition recite their poems.
Our Bobby Muir Cup was presented to the P4 winner! Well done!!
Thank you also to Ms Paterson who had the difficult job of judging our competitors.
Braco Christmas Lights
Our Playground
A big thank you to all the parents who have given up their time to help tidy up, paint and plant new planters in our playground. A special thank you to Mrs Davies, who you would think has taken up residence in the playground, as she has been seen on many an occasion with paintbrush in hand!
Look at the photos to see the great improvements!
Macmillan Coffee Morning
Thank you to everyone who came along, gave donations or helped out at the Coffee Morning. £255 was raised in the morning and Nursery also raised about £30 in the afternoon. Thank you again!
