We wrote instructions for brushing our teeth today. We were careful to write clear and ordered steps.

We completed our reading tasks this morning and practised reading aloud with expression and fluency.

We were exploring halves we drew and marked half of different shapes.

We made lanterns this afternoon to celebrate the festival of Ramadan.

A new North Lanarkshire Sumdog Competition starts tomorrow at 8am and runs till next Thursday (April 29th) at 8pm.

If you are able to use your Sumdog account to answer maths questions and take part in the competition.

Today we started learning about hockey skills as part of PE. We explored how to hold our hockey stick, dribble and pass the ball.

I hope everyone had a relaxing holiday. We had a great first day back in class.
I won’t  put any homework on teams this week but I have added some independent books on Active Learn. Remember you can also use Sumdog  to practise number and literacy skills.

We had a great day of Easter fun today.

As parts of maths today we revised our symmetry learning.

We practised spelling words with the ff letter pattern.
