REMINDER

Nativity costumes will be provided by the school – children can bring in or wear on the day black trousers/ jeans/ leggings for under costume.

Communication

We were working with Mrs Keith this morning to explore how we use our communication skills to help us learn.

We were also learning about St  Andrew ahead of St Andrew’s Day tomorrow. We made St Andrew’s flags in art.

Writing

We wrote instructions explaining how to make one of our Christmas Enterprise products.

Our sweetie Santa cones and Hot chocolate reindeers  will be for sale at the Christmas Fayre on Saturday for £1.50.

ICT

In ICT we used word processing skills to create a poster for our Christmas Fayre products.  We learned how to add borders to our page and use the shift key to get capitals and £ signs.

Christmas Enterprise

In number we are learning about money. Today we explored how much our enterprise costs to make and decided how much to sell it for at the Christmas Fayre  in order to make a profit. We are still busy making our products and will post pictures of them once complete.
