PE 🏀
Today in PE we had a coach who helped us to develop our ball skills. We were working on controlling the ball as we bounced it. It was fun.
Literacy
In literacy today some of us were using dictionaries to find words. We had to use our knowledge of the alphabet and our skimming and scanning skills.
Homework
Today the children were given a special piece of homework from Miss Ferguson to prepare a presentation about themselves to share with the class. They can make/ bring posters, photos, objects etc as part of their presentation which we are looking forward to seeing and hearing next Tuesday.
Primary three were also given reading books to practise at home. Books can be read in parts to someone at home or independently. They can also be used to find words, ask/ answer questions, predict what is happening etc.
In ICT we practised logging into Sumdog – which can be used at home using the same login as last year.
Thank you for your support

Well done to this super star getting a medal during the summer.

We had fun using word to create labels for our art folders and then practised our number skills.
Well Done 🏆
Well done to this P3 who had success at a football festival.
Working Together
Today we worked in our groups to think of qualities of a perfect teacher and pupil. We realised that a lot of the qualities were the same! Some of our favourite qualities were caring, respectful, kind and fun.
