One of the things we need to do to keep healthy is EXERCISE. Children should try and do 1 hour of exercise each day to keep their bodies healthyππ½ββοΈπΆπ½ββοΈπΊπ½βΉπ½ββοΈπ΄π½ββοΈπ€Έπ½ββοΈππ½ .Β

Your main activity for today is to try and do 1 hour of exercise. You could go a walk, make up a dance routine, play football, go a cycle or ride on your scooter – whatever you find fun!
