Today we are going to carry on with more of our Health and Wellbeing learning and focus on our physical health and keeping our bodies healthy.Β 

Warm Up:

Main Activity:

  • One of the things we need to do to keep healthy is EXERCISE. Children should try and do 1 hour of exercise each day to keep their bodies healthyπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸšΆπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ•ΊπŸ½β›ΉπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸš΄πŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ€ΈπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ’ƒπŸ½ .Β 
  • Your main activity for today is to try and do 1 hour of exercise. You could go a walk, make up a dance routine, play football, go a cycle or ride on your scooter – whatever you find fun!
