P6/7 have been practising their tables daily playing different games such as multiplication relay, bingo, daily 10, sum dog challenges and using topmarks βhit the buttonβ (which is a great, quick game to play at home also).
We have started the introductions to our narrative stories and used our shared thinking partners to listen and feedback to each other.
P6/7 voted on a theme for their class charter and have designed and presented their ideas to the class. They then voted collating everyoneβs ideas together for how to lay out the rights of the child within their chosen theme. Afterwards, they got in to small groups, each taking on a role to design their chosen part, taking in to account they have to work with others to negotiate and discuss sizing for the whole charter to come together in proportion. It looks like it is going to look fantastic! π
