P.E. Fitness circuits

Today in P.E. we were completing circuits of varied fitness activities, including squats, skipping, shuttle runs, bench steps and press ups.

We counted how many we could do at each station, in one minute.  We had a 30 second rest in between.  We found it pretty exhausting.  From next week we are going to record our scores on a fitness card, and hopefully observe an improvement in our fitness levels and stamina over time!
