We have been learning about money and budgeting in maths. Today P5 became party planners and tried to plan a Christmas lunch, staying within budget 🧁🍩

Today was a very festive day, with Christmas jumpers, lunch and a reindeer dash 🙂

This morning we started making our 12 days of Christmas books, tried some Christmas themed maths problem solving and went outside for pe 🙂

Tomorrow is Christmas jumper day, please remember to wear yours if you have one! 🙂 (Dusty has hers ready)

P5 have been designing, making and building an iron man from recycling materials to match our class book 🤖

This afternoon we discussed bullying and thought about some of the  ways we can spread kindness. We started writing positive letters to others in class 💕⭐️

Today P5 wrote some letters and made some Christmas cards that will be quarantined before being delivered to residents of local care homes. There were lots of lovely letters and beautiful cards 🙂

Our Christmas song practises are looking good so far, any extra practise at home would be great! 🙂

We are hoping to wear Christmas jumpers (and any other Christmas accessories) on the day we are filming, I’ll post the date on here soon. Christmas jumpers can also be worn Friday 11th December for the Christmas lunch 🙂

We try to end every day  reading some of our class book, just now it’s Harry Potter and the Philosophers stone⚡️. Reading during any free time at home is always a great idea to help with school work 😊

We had our last week of rugby today, I wonder what we’ll do next week 😊

We had some excellent arguments for and against deforestation today! This group were ready to debate! 😂🌿
