Today was the last day of health week, and we announced the winners of the P5 Olympics. Everyone did so well and had lots of fun! 
For literacy this morning we learned more about making inferences before planning and writing comic book strips 
They are turning out so well!
In maths we have been learning more about fractions, most recently equivalent fractions Please remember to try the sumdog class competition which is aimed at practising division skills used in fractions

As the whole school are taking part in a walking to Tokyo daily mile challenge, this afternoon we learned more about the Japanese art The Great Wave and started to paint our own versions 
After maths and literacy, we had some outdoor pe where P5 practised their tennis skills working in teams of 4
This afternoon, we were learning more about Buddhists belief in reincarnation and thinking about our own views on afterlife.
