It was lovely to see so many parents and carers here for our Stay and Play sessions. The children all did really well!

The boys and girls have been very busy settling into nursery this term. They have been learning to follow nursery routines like group time, snack time and tidy up time. In the cloakroom you will see our rhyme of the week. Our focus this term is on the book A Squash and a Squeeze by Julia Donaldson which is a rhyming book with a focus on farm animals. We have  had a milking station at the water play. At the snack table we are learning about what dairy foods.

Don’t forget tomorrow is our Stay and Play session.

Children are settling in well and are familiarising themselves with the nursery routines. Over the summer our planted vegetables have grown fantastically and the children helped to harvest and prepare lots of delicious carrots for snack!
