Gym Days – Indoor –  Mondays,   Outdoor – Tuesdays

Please remember to bring gym kit,   Shorts, tee-shirt and gym shoes for indoor gym and jogging bottoms, trainers and a waterproof jacket for outdoor gym.   Thank you.
