Primary 5/6 are enjoying working with the coaches from Uddingston Hockey Club every Monday . This week we were practising how to hold the hockey stick correctly and how to use it to push the ball to another player . We all enjoyed playing different games to develop our skills.               

During taught writing this week we worked hard to write acrostic poems . We used our senses to help use describe the sights and sounds that can be enjoyed on Bonfire night .

Finally as a school we observed a minutes silence to remember all those who lost their lives in battle and as a class we created some fabulous Remeberance pictures which we displayed around our class altar .
