Good morning.
Here is today’s suggested plan. 🙂

9.00 – 10.35: LITERACY
09:10-09:30 Spelling (ALL)

–Find your words for today and write them out using a fun spelling task of your choice.

09:30 – 10:35: Reading (ALL)
– After last nights attempted SpaceX Launch I thought today would be a good opportunity to learn more about the The International Space Station (ISS). Visit this website:
http://www.spaceopedia.com/space-exploration/satellites/space-stations/iss/
Create a visualiser of the International Space Station (ISS) with the information you find on this website.
Once you have finished send me your visualiser to have a look at. I would love to see them!

10:50-12:30: NUMERACY
Mental Maths (ALL)

– Open the folder called ‘Mental Maths’ within the Numeracy section of our Glow page. Complete Thursday of ‘25.05.20 Mental maths 2’.
– Practise the 12 times table.

Pie Charts (All):
– Today we will revise Pie Charts we had learned about before Christmas.
Visit this link and watch the clip:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/teach/class-clips-video/maths-ks2-pie-and-pie-again-pie-charts/zbbhf4j
Try the task in our Maths area in Glow called ‘Pie Charts 28.05.20’.
Keep in mind that the pie chart includes the choices of 16 children, so each slice of the pie represents one child.

1.15 – 3.00:
P.E. (ALL)

– Try with Joe Wicks here:

Topic (ALL)
– Work on your projects again this afternoon and send me a message or some progress pictures to let me see how you’re getting on.
A lot of you sent me progress pictures yesterday and they looked great!

Sumdog (ALL)
– Try to get on and play sumdog today. I have been sending coins to those who have been working hard on it and many of you have been! Keep it up!

Have an amazing day!
Miss Doyle 😀
